Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Company regarding the use of the Service. Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice when it determines that maintenance or updates are necessary, when provision becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, or power outage, when computers or communication lines stop due to an accident, or when the Company otherwise determines provision to be difficult. The Company bears no liability for any disadvantage or damage to users or third parties arising from the suspension or interruption of the Service.
Article 6 (Copyright)
Users may use, post, or edit through the Service only text, images, video, and other information for which they hold the necessary intellectual property rights or have obtained permission from the rights holders.

The Company bears no liability for transactions, communications, or disputes between users or between a user and a third party in connection with the Service.
Article 9 (Changes to Service Content)
