Article 4 (Changes to Purpose of Use)
The Company shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when reasonably related to the previous purpose. When changed, the Company shall notify users or announce the change on this website.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties without prior user consent, except in cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws.
Exceptions include when necessary for protecting life, body, or property; improving public health; cooperating with state organs; or when specific matters have been announced and notification submitted to the Personal Information Protection Commission. Article 11 (Google API Services — Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Calendar — and Limited Use)
AGTO integrates with Google Workspace services (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar) only when a user explicitly grants access through Google OAuth. AGTO requests the minimum scopes required to provide its features: searching and reading email (gmail.readonly), creating email drafts for the user's review (gmail.compose), searching and reading Drive files (drive.readonly), reading spreadsheet data (spreadsheets.readonly), and reading and creating calendar events (calendar.readonly, calendar.events).
Data obtained from these Google APIs is used solely to provide the corresponding features to the authorizing user. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not transferred to any third party except as necessary to provide the service to the user, with the user's consent, or as required by law. AGTO does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models. Users can review or revoke AGTO's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
AGTO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
